We are a full service home and land improvement company that installs residential and commercial landscapes, does interior remodeling, and also owns a landscape maintenance company LKV Lawn and Landscape. The company is a registered Home Improvement Contractor for NJ (license # 13VH06701000) and has a staff of professional and certified members ready to help you with your landscape. We also have our NJ Pesticide License #90324B.
Skinner Construction, LLC is owned an operated by Jeffrey Skinner, who has been in the construction industry since 1998. Jeffrey has a Bachelors of Science in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University. We are an EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor (EPHAHC) and promote the rigorous construction standards set by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) and the National Concrete and Masonry Association (NCMA), both of which we are certified in. With our extensive experience building features around swimming pools, we are also a Certified Building Professional by the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals.
Our construction company is based out of Hightstown, NJ and our lawn maintenance company, LKV Lawn and Landscape is located in Windsor, NJ.
