Paver Driveway Installations come with the following:

  • A 5 Year Warranty on Craftsmanship, Lifetime Warranty on Pavers
  • Removal of your existing driveway
  • Removal of the existing soil under the driveway to a depth of 12" below final grade
  • Compaction of the existing Subgrade Soil
  • Installation of a Geotextile Separation Fabric
  • Installation of Modified 2A Blend Base, compacted in 4" lifts
  • Installation of a Concrete Sand Setting Bed
  • Installation of EP Henry or Techo-Bloc pavers
  • Installation of a Plastic Edging Restraint System
  • Installation of Techni-Seal Polymeric Joint Sand
The following restrictions apply:
*The offer is valid for a signed contract between April 25th to July 6th and will be installed in the months of July, August, or at a date agreed upon by the purchaser and seller.
*EP Henry or Techo-Bloc Pavers must be used.
*No pavers that require a special order may be used.
*Pavers must be rated for vehicular traffic.
*The discount is for the paver installation, regular charges for asphalt or concrete removal may apply.
*The driveway must be a minimum of 800 square feet.
