Brushill Nursery and Landscaping have served the central area of New Jersey for over 30 years. We are a full service landscape design and construction company that installs residential and commercial projects. The company is a registered Home Improvement Contractor for NJ (license # 13VH02466700) and has a staff of professional and certified members ready to help you with your landscape. Our membership in the NJ Nursery and Landscape Association (NJNLA) and the Professional Landscape Alliance of NJ (PLANJ) ensures that our business practices are held to the highest standards. We are an EP Henry Authorized Hardscaping Contractor (EPHAHC) and promote the rigorous construction standards set by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) and the National Concrete and Masonry Association (NCMA).

The owner, Joseph Chmielewski, is a graduate of Landscape Architecture and minored in Horticulture, at Rutgers University. Joseph has served as a Landscape Architect, and on the Shade Tree Commission for New Brunswick. He also taught at Rutgers for 12 years in the Continuous Education Department, and for 2 years with the Turfgrass Management program. Joseph is the manager of the Commercial Division of Brushill Nursery and Landscape Services.

The manager of our Residential Design and Construction Division is Jeffrey Skinner. Jeffrey is also a graduate of Landscape Architecture at Rutgers University. Jeffrey is a member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD). He is Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) certified and National Concrete and Masonry Association (NCMA) certified. He is also a certified Techniseal Applicator, and a level one Certified Building Professional from the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals.
